Static/Dynamic DHCP

I need to use shared networking in parallels but also need to access the CentOS VM with an app running on the Mac. I know I could just use the VMs IP but that may change. Normally when I want a fixed IP from a DHCP server I just reserved it with the MAC address. Is there something like that in Parallels? Is there different way like bonjour?

After a little looking at the internals of Parallels it appears that the file /Library/Preferences/Parallels/parallels_dhcp_leases has every VM I have ever created and it links MAC address to IP. So it appears that IPs will not change until all 254 are used.
