Still no "snap-to" for the cursor?

What gives with getting the cursor to snap-to the default choice in dialogue boxes in Windows. This has been missing from the get-go with Parallels. Am otherwise very happy with the program and have enjoyed no problems with recent upgrades to 4.0(3640).

Am I missing something?
