Still Problems with Parallels Desktop 18!

I bought Parallels Desktop 18 from a store. There is only a 16-digit code in the packaging and not a 30-digit one. Where and how do I enter the activation code. Activation is not accepted once. Why not? Please give me a solution.

The Problems with the Activation still exists.
