Still problems with pasted text

I'm still having problems with pasted text where either the last character is cut off or a bunch of CJK characters are added. Today, the pasted string was almost doubled with the following added at the end:

椀敤r ƮC:\WINDOWS\Driver Cache

This looks like some kind of buffer overrun. Where do I file a bug repor?
 
Yes, Just when i think its getting better this bug keeps biting me...

I do developement in Zend IDE on the mac, and i have parallels open pretty much all the time. the bug effects me even when im just copying from place to place inside Zend on mac side.

Parallels is aware of this.

ah, parallel team, i use autohotkey and i have on the mac side reassigned Apple key to ctrl key.
please try this combo
 
I *was* using autohotkey, but I found that the Cmd key would get stuck sometimes. Just typing "L" would log me out of Windows. Really annoying.
