"stop code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" error before windows 11 installation

Hi!
I installed Parallel Desktop 18 Business Edition on a MacBook Pro Monterey 12.4 and created a VM for Windows 11 Arm64.
After showing the Windows logo, it goes to a blue screen with the "stop code: SYSTEM THREAD EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" error.

1. Reproduce the issue.
2. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.
