Stop P10 from creating shortcut on desktop

Hi
Just recently my Parallels 10 has started putting a shortcut on my desktop when I start a VM. If I delete it, P10 recreates it when I start the VM again. This is annoying, how can I stop this? I cannot find the option to turn off.

I second what he says... how can we remove this annoying short cut which gets created everytime VM starts....

Hi,

Please follow the steps mentioned below to fix the above reported issue.

1. Open Virtual machine configuration : http://kb.parallels.com/en/117287
2. Options > Sharing > Disable the option "Shortcut to virtual disks on Mac desktop"
3. Restart Windows and check.
