Strange ._ files when editing a using mounted Volume

When I open a file using Desktop mounted volume of Windows HD and save file in Windows I see two files: the original one with NAME.EXT and another one called ._NAME.EXT that I have to remove manually. Is there a way to avoid creation of ._NAME file?

Ever get an answer back on this? We're seeing the same problem. Especially in Windows 10. Parallels version 12..2.1. Really bad!
