Strange colors when booting on Parallels

Hello,

Im using the newest version of Parallels Desktop on Mac 10.6.4

Im using Windows 7 via Bootcamp with Parallels.

When I boot in Bootcamp, there is nothing wrong with the colors. But when I boot in in Parallels, then the colors are going completely weird.

Anyone know what is wrong here?

Check out the color quality in the display area of the control panel. Make sure it's set at the highest quality.

For some reason mine changed to the lowest quality which affected my desktop colors to look like yours. I changed to highest quality 32 bit and all was well.
