I just received three identical emails claiming to be from "Parallels Team" with the subject "Parallels Product Registration". Each said:

You or somebody else had tried to register key for Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac. This key is already registered.
Registration details:
Product: Parallels Desktop 3.0 for Mac
Key:
Activation date: 2010-05-24

where I have deleted the Key. The listed key was correct for my old 3.0 version, so I assumed the email was legitimate. I replied to the email saying that I didn't try to register that key since I'm using Parallels 5.0. My reply was returned as undeliverable with a message reading in part:

So now the email appears not to be from the Parallels Team. But how did they get the correct Key for my old Parallels 3.0? And what is their purpose?
