I am running Parallels Desktop Pro Edition Version 18.0.2 (53077) in Coherence Mode on an Intel MacBook Pro (16", 2019) with 64 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 RAM, with a Windows 10 VM.

Normally, when not running Parallels, the Resource Monitor displays something like this:
    upload_2022-10-9_22-10-8.png

And when running the Windows 10 VM, something like this:
    upload_2022-10-9_22-11-45.png

But SOMETIMES, randomly the Resource Monitor displays something like this:
    upload_2022-10-9_22-13-8.png
What does "1.61 EB" mean??? I've never seen a measurement unit like "EB". What does it mean?

    I forgot to mention:
    macOS 12.6
The Windows 10 VM has been assigned 32 GB of memory

EB probably stands for exabyte, which is equivalent to one billion gigabytes.

We are at 18.0.2, and there are still these kinds of bugs?
