Strange: Windows guest desktop "ghosting" on Mac OS host in Coherence

I don't get it. I've tried everything. Uninstalling and reinstalling parallels desktop, removing tools and reinstalling, removing mycolors (stardock, maclook) and reinstalling, sharing and unsharing, toggled everything I could find, ran all updates on bootcamp, apple, windows, but nothing seems to make this go away. It's to cumbersome to explain so I have screenshots:

This only happens in Coherence mode. Any ideas?

Running:
Parallels Desktop 6 for Mac
Build 6.0.11994
(Revision 637263; February 17, 2011)
