Stuck in profile change loop

I made a change to the shared profile settings in Windows 10 Preview (up-to-date) and now I'm stuck in a loop where I press OK in response to the dialog (attached screen shot) and Windows 10 restarting. Each time Windows 10 boots I get the same dialog again. It's like Groundhogs day. But with Windows 10.

Hello Barry, please stop the virtual machine. From the Apple menu bar select Action >> Stop.
Quit Parallels Desktop >> reboot the Mac >> Launch the virtual machine >> Re-install Parallels Tools, refer http://kb.parallels.com/4841
