Stuck in Windows 11 Login

I was trying to connect my Xbox Elite 2 controller to my mac m2 which I have done many times but for some reason it wasn't working so I updated windows to see if the drivers were the problem and it seems like I have soft-locked it.

Hello,
If your virtual machine is frozen, you may wish to reset the virtual machine. Go to Actions > Reset

Resetting the virtual machine is similar to resetting a physical computer by pressing its reset button, so any programs running in the virtual machine may be adversely affected.
