Stuck updating the machine...

Hello, I was on parallels before and shut it down. It started to update so I did some other things while it was updating in the background. However, it has been stuck on update 18 for a while. Does anyone know why and how to fix it/cancel the updates? Thanks.

Hi JohnnyP1, Please follow the below steps:
1. Take a snapshot of your Windows (Highly recommended).
2. Restart the Virtual Machine from Actions > Stop and Click to Start & check how it goes.

Thanks! That worked and the updates immediately installed! Also, I never knew about the snapshots. I love that you can make a sort of backup if you aren't ure if something might go wrong.
