Hi everyone, I recently signed up for Parallels after qualifying for a discounted price. During checkout, the renewal price was clearly shown at the discounted rate, so I assumed the discount would apply automatically when my subscription renews. However, after logging into my Dashboard, I noticed that the renewal price is listed at the full, non-discounted rate. Is this how the discount program works? Does the discount only apply to the first year, or should it continue for renewals if eligibility is maintained? If the latter, Parallels really needs to clarify this on their website and in the account dashboard to avoid confusion. Has anyone else experienced this or received official clarification? Thanks!
