Somehow my active subscription and key got registrated to an email adress that i have no access to. It also has a typo in it,meaning it is missing one letter from my normal parallels account email. As is have no active subscription in my normal parallels account ( email with no typo), i cannot access support regarding the issue. All other communcation is linked to the email without the typo.. meaning if i try register the key it says its already registrated to the email with the type. Is there any way of unlinking the key and the subscription to this email with the typo?
