I have activated Parallels Desktop per Mac Business Edition 28.06.2016. I need support because I don't be able to instal windows 10. but when I contact the support with email it says that my support code is wrong. I have checked it but it says always the sea message error.
 
Hi BernardoD,

you might have selected wrong product in the support page. Try to visit www.parallels.com/support then select "Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition" in product list then you can try create a support request. You can also share the error you were getting when you are trying to install Windows 10 here, so we can suggest the steps to resolve the issue.

thank you for the reply. I try again choosing "Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition" to create a support request but the message is always the same: support code wrong. I don't understand where I make mistake. The version of Parallels desktop was activated 28 june 2016.
 
Hi BernardoD, try the following steps:
1. Log out from your account and clear browser cookies.
2. Sign in your account.
3. Go to Support > choose Parallels Desktop Business.

Hi Arun, I tried how you suggest but the result is the same: support code wrong. I have an ID support company code but I don't understand why my code does not work. I am the administrator and the only person that use this Computer and this licence. So please help me because I need Parallels. thanks, Bernardo.
