Can anyone give me insight on why my instructor could be having difficulty opening up files in Canvas. The assignments are for Advanced Word2 /Merged files and some zipped.
Is there something I should do differently when I zip them to send?
Its a real problem, and I am getting negative grading because of it.

Please provide us the below info to be able to assist you better
1. What is the version of Parallels Desktop and Windows you have installed?
2. Have you followed the steps outlined in the canvas guide ?
3. Does your instructor get an error message when he tries to open the file? If so, please share a screenshot of the error message with us?
