Support for touchscreen external display

Does parallel support the use of External Touchscreen displays ?
if So, how does this can be configure ... I can't make the external touchscreen to work properly.
this is a very important feature to use The Ma Lighting GRANDMA 2 OnPc software that controls the Lighting console Surface.
(Im using MacBook Pro 14" M3 Max chip. Which aloud use ups to four external displays.)
