Anyone else beat your head against the wall after chatting with support.?? Was getting nowhere.. ended the chat.. then filed a "ticket". Guess who responded to the ticket. Same tech. Same USELESS information he was script reading on the chat. How do you ACTUALLY get a hold of someone that knows ANYTHING technical about the product.??

There is nothing to show you "per your response" As I told the other tech TWICE, I open the DMG file, run the installer, then, THATS IT. NOTHING HAPPENS.... There is NOTHING to show.
