Suspending Issues with Games / DLL Issues

I've been having a few issues regarding two childhood games I'd initially bought Parallels to play on my Mac. Those games are Pokemon Zeta and SHSO Forever.

For Pokemon Zeta, I receive a DLL failure when I try to open the app. When initially extracting the files, it says that some already exist (even though I have a fresh install of windows and never previously downloaded it), and no matter what I press (replace, skip, etc.) I get that error. I will provide a screenshot for the error, as well as the extraction issue.

For SHSO Forever, I can actually download it just fine. It's when trying to launch the game that results in Parallels suspending entirely. The Parallels issue code I'm getting is: "525714359".

If anyone has advice or an Admin could help me figure this out, I would deeply appreciate it.
