Switch to VM by Name

This might seem like a trivial request, but I would love for a way to switch to running VMs by name (I often run 3+ in full screen). Having a way to use Alfred or a hot key to switch between active VMs would be very useful to me.

Hello, did you use cmd+tab or 3-fingers on touchpad?
Or would you like to press any specific button to switch between VMs?

A hotkey would be perfect, just not using my mouse and not command tabbing through (my too many things open) dock.
