Switching to Windows App does not put focus on that App if in different SPACE

I have Windows 7 and Win 8 running on parallels 8 and both have the same issue. If you are using Mac and then click on Dock Icon or use CTRL+Tab to switch to a Windows App that is running in a different space it does not work.
