Sync Palm with Outlook

Just managed to sync my Palm Treo (600) with Outlook (2007).
What i did:
- installed the Palm software (indicating to sync with Outlook)
- installed the Chapura Pocket Mirror upgrade (version 4 for Outlook 2007)
- in the MAC OS - In HotSync Manager - selected disable HotSync
- pressed the hotsync button on my Palm
- from the USB icon (on parallels) - selected Palm Device

Did the same today with a 700p. About the only thing I'd add was that I had to turn on "automatic connect" for the usb devices, & that I "disabled all syncing" in isync.

Don't know whether that last step was essential, however.
