Tally erp 9 on parallel 17

I am using taly erp 9 which Is an accounting software in india. I had purchased parallel desktop for mac book pro in Sep 21. Initially it was working fine. Suddenly it unregistered itself and started working like an unregistered software In educational mode. It's not getting the licence from tally server. How can I resolve
 
Someone from an old thread said that creating a new network and ip address solved the problem.
How would that happen
 
I am not an advance user can you pls
Guide me on how can I do
That so I really
Can get this thing to work as I am really stuck here as can't
Use tally due to this ..
