Task Bar Disappears in Windowed Mode after Upgrade

I am running XP SP2 in Parallels on the Mac. I recently downloaded and upgraded to the latest build (5160?). After the upgrade my start task bar has disappeared from the bottom of the screen in Windowed mode or Full Screen mode. It shows up in Coherence. If I remove Parallels Tools from Add/Remove the task bar shows up. When I install Parallels Tools it goes away. I can get the Start Menu by pressing CTRL-ESC, but the whole bar never shows up.

Any ideas?

While Windows is running, go to the "Applications" menu and select "Show Windows taskbar". The newer build of Parallels adds the ability to keep separate taskbar settings for full screen/windowed mode and coherence mode. For some weird reason though it has defaulted to having the taskbar hidden in full screen/windowed mode for some people.
