I'm using the latest version of Parallels Desktop 5 for Mac, (on snow leopard 10.6.3) as a guest os I'm running windows 7 32bit. I use this mainly to rdp into win7 from work, a win7 laptop and from my ipad at home. 9 out of 10 times when I first remote in, the windows taskbar is missing, and I have to kill and restart the explorer.exe process. Sometimes I have to do that aswell as go to the taskbar properties and uncheck auto-hide. After fixing the taskbar, if I disconnect and reconnect everything will still be fine. But if I disconnect from rdp and then go to my imac and set the guest to coherence mode and then go back to another computer to remote in the taskbar will have broken once again.
