I’m a Technical Preview participant using Parallels Desktop 27.1.0 (58747) on macOS 26.7.2 (Apple silicon). My key (6J9EMW-…-XSCCH5, activated 2024-04-09, valid until 2026-12-31) worked until Oct 11, 2026. After the app signed me out and I signed in again, activation fails with “PRL_ERR_LICENSE_RELEASE_KEY_BETA_PRODUCT”, and my account returns no keys. I received no renewal or re-enrollment email. How can I get a valid Technical Preview key? My Windows 11 VM is suspended and I need to resume it.
