Temperatures and performance on new Retina iMac

Hello,
From a few days i'm a happy owner of Retina iMac. But i see some problems on Windows 8.1 via Parallels on this computer.
I'm using Parallels Desktop 10 (with all updates) and full spec Retina iMac.
1. Temperature. Processor Intel Core i7 4790K is very hot. On OSX temperature does not exceed 50-60 degrees, but on Windows 8.1 in normal work i have something around 80-90 degrees. Screen begins to prune, and it's very difficult to work on that. Any chances for optimization soon?
2. Resolution, scalling issues. I have "Best For Retina" option in the screen preferences which give me the higest 5120x2880 resolution on Windows 8.1 via Parallels (with DPI scalling 271%). Everything looks fantastic, but some of aplications are too smal on this resolution. I remember that in previous Parallels versions users can optimize screen preferences especially for Windows on Parallels. Now i can only enable or disable retina resolution mode. Any chances for more options in future updates?

1. I think the problem may have been encountered by only max 2GB VRAM in Parallels. Everything running very slow with big lags on 5120x2880. Maybe Retina iMac need more VRAM to running good on this high resolution?
2. I don't have an resolution options (Scaled, Best For Retina, More Space) in Parallels preferences. I can only enable or disable Retina mode.
