Terminal Server Agent License Issue

Hello All,

I have an odd problem that is affecting two of my terminal servers in a 2X farm. Every so often the agent state of both machines will change from 'Agent OK (Debug)' to 'Agent Problem. Please Reinstall." I then have to log into my 2X Application Server and reissue the licenses to each of the machines. This is more than a minor annoyance due to the fact the server is located in a secure data center and has remote connection abilities disabled. One issue I can think of is that the 2X Server is running Server 2003 and the terminal servers are on Server 2008 R2 but would that really matter? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
 
what do you mean re-issue licenses? You mean install the CALs on the terminal servers again?

when this happens, are you able to RDP and get a TS license issued to these machine that are connecting?
 
To me it sounds like we do not talk about a licensing issue here. It's about an issue with the 2X TS agents that seem to crash regularly within this specific environment. Sadly I never came across such an issue so far - sorry.
