Whenever I try to run a application on a new session, I see an annoying full screen "Welcome" screen [1].
This is ultra disruptive to the user experience. And happens on all the clients (iOS, Android, WinMobile, Windows, Linux)
RemoteApp regular client wraps this "welcome" window inside a small dialog, and hides it by default. Citrix shows it's own popup. VMware shows a "connecting to application" dialog.
Maybe 2X could do the same, or, easier, minimize tsclient until the application window being run shows up.
Hope this request is considered in the future versions of the product.
