The application Parallels Desktop quit unexpectedly

Hello!!

i have a brand new Macbook and a Parallels desktop 3.0. When i click on Parallels desktop it appears the message: The application Parallels Desktop quit unexpectedly. And i cannot open the aplication, I don´t know what can i do. When i first installed it seems to work fine, but after installing it, when i have tried to open the aplication, it just appears that message. I´m a bit lost, because is the first time that i have a mac.

Have i the same problem that kbrubin had???
How can i uninstall parallels desktop, if i cannot access to parallels desktop uninstall icon??
have i to download this files:
Please download build 5608 following link bellow:
http://download.parallels.com/v3/en/...608-Mac-en.dmg

and reinstall Parallels Desktop as described in kb
http://kb.parallels.com/en/4790

Note after Mac restart you need to eject CD or unmount old build from Finder ???????

and what should i do afterwards???? I´m very lost in mac, i´m used to do everything on windows, and this is something new for me.

From newly downloaded and mounted dmg

Make sure that CD with build is ejected

Double click downloaded file and double click Install parallels Desktop
