I moved to Parallels from Citrix and so far am pretty satisfied but there are some small but very important features and abilities that are either undocumented or simply not there. It would be great if Parallels would open up a forum for the community to post such requests with the intent of showing where the interest is.
Hey @GreggZ We accept feature requests from our Customers, so if you do have a License Key feel free to submit a support request using the web form from the following link: http://www.parallels.com/products/ras/support/ ("Email Support" option). Just specify your license key and exact description of the feature you would like to see within Remote Application Server functionality. All feature requests will be considered internally and implemented in upcoming releases if possible. And I will also check regarding the possibility to add a separate forum for feature requests as it seems to be a pretty good idea Thank you for the suggestion!
