the computer restarted unexpedly or encountered an unexpected issue

    hi,

    I was trying to install a previous ver (ver 17) of parallels which I had downloaded, I kept getting BSOD during install with error "inaccessible boot device". I decided it's wise to install the latest ver, so I first removed the old parallels and removed all temp install files in ~/Library/Cache etc. Then I installed the latest parallels, but it is crashing now when I try to install (see below). Not sure if it's connect to my previously failed attempt at installation.
