the license key is blacklisted!!! Urgent

I turned on my server this morning surprising find that Parallels RAS v.16.2 wants me to enter my activation key. This was not accepted by the system, and when I logged on to the Parallels Web site to check my details I can see that ''the license key is blacklisted'. I have no idea why!!!
Any helpers out there?
the license belong to the email <pharmacareyemen@gmail.com>
 
Hi @AhmedY1, there is no license key is registered in the said email address. Due to some security reason, I would request you to delete your email address from the post and respond to the private message with the screenshot of the activation window with the admin email address and we are here to help!
