The old activation key has not been accepted by the licence server!

Hello, I have the same problem, when I activate version 17 of parallels Desktop, I use the activation code for the corresponding version. The software also asked me to use the activation key of the old version. Then it reported an error: The old activation key has not been accepted by the licence server!

I am having the same issue, this is my first time purchasing the product key, I was using a free trial.
