The old activation key has not been accepted by the license server

I installed PD18 on a new computer, and when I enter the old key, it always says that the old activation key has not been accepted by the license server. Please help with this, thank you very much

Hi, I have 'Parallels Desktop' programme purchased and running on Mac. Recently apple support had to reset my MacBook and I have to re-enter the parallels licensing key. When I enter the key a message prompted.
The prompted message: This key cannot be used to activate Parallels Desktop. If this a key for Parallels Desktop Business Edition, please follow these instructions or contact your system administrator.
Please could you help ?
