Hello, I bought your Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac product from you a while ago. Currently, the product has been inactive for years, in uninstall mode. I would like to reinstall it, but your system sees that the product is active. This does not correspond to reality. Please inform me how I can use your Parallels Desktop 13 for Mac product again on my computer. The current system on which I would like to install it is: macOS Monterey 12.7.6, what other options do I have.
