I'm trying to install Windows 8.1, but the wizard always displays the error.
I am using VMWare Workstation, MacOS Mavericks got him to test and installed Parallels Desktop for Mac 10.1

Did you get a resolution to this ? I have same issue for windows 10 on latest parallels 11
