The specified remote 2X Connection could not be found

Hello

When i want connect to client gateway from 2x client running windows xp sp3 i receive the following error

Code [01/00000004]

The specified remote 2X Connection could not be found
Verify that you have typed the correct computer name or IP address, and then try to connect again.

My IP address is correct but i receive this error again and again

please help me.

well, as far as I understand you don't have the issue anymore, however you are affraid it might come back?
Anyway, it sound like an network issue. Did you investigate in this direction already?
Please check even your firewall settings. Here you find an overview of the used ports: http://www.2x.com/solutions/images/Port_Reference.jpg

for troubleshooting please disable all firewalls and even antivirus.

Windows firewall in both server and client side is disable and no any firewall between client and server.
