I downloaded the trial and windows 10, when I try to use Parallels it says "Parallels Desktop Trial. The trial period for this copy has expired" I've probably just doing something wrong. I just downloaded the trial a day ago even though it says 14 days.

No, I've already created an account before, but I haven't actually downloaded it on any device until now.
