the ubuntu1204.iso for the Mac & Windows is the same

installing in Parallels 7 on the Mac, the Ubuntu 12.04 requires ubuntu1204.iso for the Mac or... the ubuntu1204.iso for the Mac & Windows is the same?
 
1) Go to the Ubuntu desktop download page
2) Choose 32 or 64 bit
3) Press Start download

If you have already downloaded ubuntu-12.04-desktop-i386.iso or ubuntu-12.04-desktop-amd64.iso it should work fine for Parallels.

is this correct but is different thing

I listen/read, that to create a usb stick bootable with ubuntu1204 (on the mac for Mac) you must use Mac ubuntu1204-mac.iso iso image... is this correct but is different thing?

You don't need a USB stick to create a Parallels VM.

1) Download an .iso file
2) Start Parallels Desktop
3) File | New... (or click the + at the bottom of your Parallels Virtual Machines list)
4) Double-click on Install Windows or another OS from DVD or image file
5) Install from 'Choose an image file...'
6) Locate your .iso file and select it
7) Continue
8) Ubuntu should be automatically detected, but if not choose Ubuntu Linux
9) Continue with installation
 
As I understand you mean these both are two separate things, AND, both must use different iso images, one use the common download the other, for the Mac iso(for the USBstick*)?

*this is something you do not know well, this is also, that you mean?
