The virtual Hard disk 1 has wrong access permissions

Hello after tryinng to delete snapshot i dont know how annd closed it
then i couldnt open my windows and it says this error the virtual hard disk 1 has wrong access permission or is used with another virtual machine
and PRL_ERR_DISK_OPERATION_NOT_ALLOWED
Now it says no windows installed
what happened and what can i do now i have a lot of file inside for my work and i can get in :(
 
I would check my trash if you haven't deleted it yet and use the "put back" function on your Mac. Hopefully that should help.
