The virtual machine processor was reset by the operating system

Sometimes when I start my virtual machine (Windows Server 2012) I'm getting an error message telling me that the virtual machine processor was reset by the operating system. I managed to fix this problem when I delete the VM from the list, back-up the virtual HDD, then create a new VM and re-add the virtual HDD to it.

When I do this, it works again: for a few days, but when I start the VM I'm getting the error message again, out of nowhere. I tried several hardware settings, isolated the VM from OS X but nothing would help me. And it's very annoying and frustrating to re-add the .hdd file every time. By the way, this is the only VM I'm having trouble with, other VM's like Linux or W10 aren't having these issues.

What can I do to solve this problem? I can see more users are experiencing this problem, but yet there's still no good working solution. I'm using the most recent version of Parallels 11 on a MacBook Pro 13 inch Retina, late 2013. Re-installing WS2012 is definitely not an option.

Hi Marcov2, while Parallels Development Team is working on the permanent fix, please disable hybrid shutdown as a temporary workaround:
1. Start Parallels Desktop.
2. Launch virtual machine.
3. Create a snapshot: from Mac menu bar choose Actions > Create snapshot.
4. Press command button to bring Start menu and type cmd.
5. You will see Command Prompt in suggestions, right-click on it and choose Run as Administrator.
6. In Command Prompt type powercfg -h off and hit Enter/Return.
7. Check the behavior.
