This license key is already registered in your account

    Hello!
    I have a problem and i am unable to contact support because in the support section i cannot see my license.
    I made a mistake when i bought the license and put a wrong email account. After online payment i recieved the license number witch i added to my account. The license works on my mac and appears in my account, bun when i try to get support it is not visible and if i add the license in the pop-up that appears it says that: This license key is already registered in your account.
    The reason for support request is that i don't have the invoice for the purchase (it has been sent to the wrong address and in MyAccount i cannot find the license).

    @CireasaE, do you know your "old" (wrong) email, which you used for purchasing and registration?
    Also is it possible to provide us with your license (you aid it appears in your account)
