Hello,
I'm trying to move my Parallels from an Intel to an M1 Mac and I get the message

"This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please log in using this account, then try again.".

I have purchased Parallels and I can login, I deleted the association with my existing Mac.

No luck.

Any ideas?
