I had just purchased a my parallels account and registered it on my MacBook. The machine crashed and I had to get a replacement, I have installed it on my new machine and I keep this message when I try to input the purchased license.
"This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again." Please could someone advise what I can do, I desperately need to register this on my new machine.

Please note that you had mistyped your email address while registering your Parallels Desktop For Mac license for the first time.

Could you please try activating your Parallels Desktop License again.
