Tiny resolution, cant see antying

I'm having weird issue with my resolution. as of recently I believe after an update, my desktop icons are just tiny. More so, a tax software that I need to use, text and icons are super tiny, I would need a magnifying glass to use. It was never like this before, any thoughts?

Hi for the first link, i had an issue with this step, there is no folder /Library/Parallels Guest Tools/, doesn't exist in my library.

Step 2 worked, but it worsened the quality of my fonts, otherwise it's working right now fine.
