Tiny XP with Parallels r5584

Has anyone tried using Tiny XP with parallels? It installs fine, but when I try to use IE through coherence I get the error message:
Parallels Desktop is unable to operate properly since it cannot communicate with one of its drivers. Seems that drivers are inconsistent with the currently installed version of Parallels Desktop. To overcome this issue, reinstall Parallels Desktop and start it by selecting Finder->Applications->Parallels->Parallels Desktop.

This is after doing a fresh uninstall of Parallels and reinstalling. I'm using Leopard 10.5.1 and Tiny XP Platinum 2. I've also tried this with Tiny XP Rev06, with the same effect, reinstalled many times.

I know Tiny XP has removed quite a bit of stuff and I'm assuming it's removed some needed drivers for Parallels. Does anyone have experience with this or know how I can fix this? I don't use Windows for anything but testing webpages on IE (i'm a web developer) so I don't need a whole XP install and Tiny XP sounded great when I heard about it! Just need to get it to work with Parallels.
 
Hmm... no, can I just install this over whatever version parallels installed? Would I have to reinstall parallels after? I don't get how this would potentially fix my problem (forgive my ignorance, I hadn't even heard about macFuse until now)
 
Ok I installed the latest version of MacFuse. Same problem. I forgot to mention that I can use Paralles fine by itself and I can run whatever programs inside. It's only when I load IE (or any program for that matter) from the Dock using Coherence that it messes up. Any thoughts?

did you try to reinstall Parallels In the following manner:
Parallels Desktop for Mac distribution provides an Uninstaller application for easy product uninstallation.
Please note, that Parallels Uninstaller application does not remove Virtual Machines from your Macintosh HD.
If you have a Parallels Desktop for Mac CD, please insert it into your Mac CD/DVD drive. The Uninstaller application is there.
If you have previously downloaded Parallels Desktop for Mac from the web site as a .dmg package, please double-click it. Once the .dmg package is mounted, you will see an Uninstaller application there.
Launch the Uninstaller application and follow the on-screen instructions.

Go to Finder - Applications - Utilities - Terminal. Type and run the following commands:
• sudo rm /System/Library/Extensions/vmmain.kext
• sudo rm /System/Library/Extensions/hypervisor.kext
• sudo rm /System/Library/Extensions/Pvsvnic.kext
• sudo rm /System/Library/Extensions/ConnectUSB.kext
• sudo rm /System/Library/Extensions/Pvsnet.kext
• sudo rm -rf /Library/Parallels/
• sudo rm ~/Library/Preferences/com.parallels.*
Before you run these commands, please make sure that your VM hdd and pvs files are NOT stored in ~/Library/Parallels.
Reboot your Mac and reinstall Parallels.

If so, did you try to reinstall Parallels Tools within Parallels?
