too much spinning beach ball lately

For the past few days, I'm getting the spinning beach ball any time I click send in an Outlook message, close a Word document, or perform other similar actions. This just started happening and I haven't changed anything with my configuration that I can think of. Does anyone have any ideas about where to start investigating or any troubleshooting I can do? I've already tried rebooting both OSes.

Hi,

I think you need to provide more information, are you using bootcamp? Information about your set up would be helpful too. (Your computer and Parallels) Your build#. etc.
